Quotation
Next, we’ll send a quotation or proposal with a clear breakdown of deliverables and costs.
Deposit invoice
We kindly ask for a 50% upfront fee for new clients and large projects.
Requirements gathering
During this stage, we’ll discuss your needs in more detail. We may send over questions to learn more about your target audience, SEO requirements, and more.
First draft
We’ll get to work on the first draft. For most content types, the lead time is a week.
Feedback
You’ll provide feedback in the form of comments or suggested edits.
Up to 2 rounds of changes
If needed, we’ll create second and third drafts, followed by a final piece.
Final approval and invoice
Once you’re happy with the content, we’ll send an invoice. Our standard payment terms are 14 days.
